Sandy Village Hall Facilities

Main Hall
We offer a large air conditioned hall, 8m x 12m, which is an ideal venue for anniversary parties, fundraising events and annual award ceremonies. It is especially popular for birthday parties and wedding receptions. It can accommodate bouncy castles, if placed in front of the alcove area.

Kitchen
There is a kitchen adjacent to the hall, which is inclusive in the cost of the hall. The kitchen has a fridge, hob and oven as well as a warming unit available to use.

Toilet Facilities
The hall has its own toilet facilities, including a unisex wheelchair accessible toilet immediately off the hall. A Second disabled toilet is available in the entrance area which includes a baby changing unit.

Meeting Rooms
The Village Hall also has two meeting rooms, which are used by local clubs for regular group meetings and are hired for wakes. The smaller meeting room is included in the hire of the hall for evening functions when a licensed bar is requested.

The Annexe
We have another function room known as The Annexe. It is 8m x 4.5m and is self-contained. It has its own kitchen, as well as an adjacent mixed gender toilet, which is suitable for disabled users and also has baby changing facilities. The Annexe is ideal for a young child's party or small classes, for example, at the moment we have a client who regularly uses the room for power plate exercise classes.

Dressing rooms
We are also able to hire out dressing rooms, which are equipped with hot water showers; this is ideal if you are a member of a local team who use one of the nearby playing fields that accommodate football pitches, astro turf and cricket pitches.

Equipment Store
We are able to provide storage facilities for regular hirers, if requested.
